Choose this appointment if someone has passed or is about to pass away. We act for executors and administrators to manage the identification of estate assets and liabilities, collect and manage assets, make applications for Probate or Letters of Administration and distribute estate property. In urgent circumstances, we can provide advice on burial or body relocation, coronial inquiries, asset location and protection and provide assurance. Please call our office on 03 5023 7900. By making a booking online, you are requesting a particular time for an appointment which is available, but subject to confirmation. Initial estates appointments are obligation free and we will provide you with a fee estimate based on any further anticipated work required.
